10 Scholars from DUT were selected to the 2017 “Yangtze River Scholar Award”

Recently, the 2017 Yangtze River Scholar Award Program was formally announced. 10 people from Dalian University of Technology were selected, including 3 distinguished professors, 2 chair professors and 5 young scholars.

 

3 distinguished professors include: Prof. Zhang Chi, from Faculty of Infrastructure Engineering, offered position of Hydrology and Water Resources. Prof. Wang Yongqing, from School of Mechanical Engineering, offered position of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation. Prof. Zhao Jijun, from School of physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, offered position of Condensed Matter Physics. 2 chair professors were Prof. Susannah L. Scott, from Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology, offered position of Chemical Process. Prof. Chen Jianqing, from Faculty of Management and Economics, offered position of information management. 5 Young Scholars include: Prof. Yu Chang, from Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology, offered position of Chemical Process. Prof. Liu Wei, from School of Mechanical Engineering, offered position of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering. Prof. Zhao Jiafei from School of Energy and Power Engineering, offered position of Engineering Thermophysics. Prof. Wang Xianwen, from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, offered position of Informatics. Prof. Deng Dehui, a researcher from Dalian University of Technology-Dalian Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences Research Institute of Zhang Dayu, offered position of Industrial Catalyst.
