On December 5th, Xiang Changle, Secretary of the CPC Dalian University of Technology Committee, met with Ian White, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bath at the Beijing Convention Center. They exchanged views on promoting educational cooperation between the two universities, and reached consensus on jointly building international laboratory and promoting cooperative educational programs (institutions), which will be further discussed and implemented.
