The moment when Zhong Junchi entered the campus of DUT, he doubted how big the university is as all freshmen and had no idea about it. The only thing he knew was to make his own way step by step instead of unrealistic imagination.
Seeking knowledge
With hopes and fears he took part in various student communities, enjoying the colorful life in campus. Owing to lacking reasonable time schedule he didn’t reached the anticipated target in study. Then he rethought himself and discussed the problem about time arrangement with the grade director. They came out with a plan which focuses on study and is assisted with community activity, which made him more active and confident. Finally, he ranked the first twice in study among all the students.
Keeping contributing
As a grade leader Zhong cooperates positively with grade director, grade leader group and the common classmates. We can see his busy figure in launching grade party, advanced mathematics class, as well as career instruction. Besides, he devotes himself in social voluntary activity like the volunteer of CCTV and the second state population census.
Improving oneself
As the first batch of activists of party candidate, his superintendent advises him to improve theoretical knowledge and combine theory with practice. He adopts the suggestion in participating the training in party school and league school, broadcasting in DUT radio station, acting mini English play etc.
