April 17-- DUT and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation Limited sign strategic cooperation agreement to establish long-term and stable partnership on scientific research, academic communication, and talent training based on the principle of “strategic cooperation, complement of each other’s advantages, collaborative innovation, and common development” in order to meet the demand of national economy development and defense modernization. Yang Sen, General Manager of Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation Limited, Guo Dongming, President of DUT, Jian Xigao, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and chargers from School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Materials Science and Engineering, School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and School of Energy and Power Engineering attend the signing ceremony.
Guo says DUT has always focused on national significant demand. With the now the important opportunity for aviation industry DUT hopes to enhance the scientific research in aviation and promote the collaborative innovation and discipline construction.
