With the coming of International Workers' Day, in the morning of 26thApril DUT secretary of the party committee Wang Hansong and vice secretary of the party committee Li Chengen visited Professor of School of physics and Optoelectronic Engineering Wang Younian, winner of May 1stLabor Medal and professor of Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology Peng Xiangjun, model worker of Dalian and expressed greeting to all faulty of DUT.
During the visit, Mr. Wang showed that model workers like professor Wang and professor Peng work hard and make great contributions on the development of our party and country causes and the DUT double top contribution. They are set good examples for teachers.
Mr. Wang also said that labor is the basic power that pushes the development of human society. In order to realize DUT's goal of constructing double top and creating a bright future, DUT must rely on the hard and creative work of all teachers. The school widely spreads stories and sprit of model workers and makes the idea that “labor is the most glorious, labor is the greatest, and labor is the most beautiful” be deeply rooted in the heart of people.
Related faculty of Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology, School of physics and Optoelectronic Engineering and DUT labor union accompanied the visit.
