In order to meet the gradually increasing technological need of domestic economy and modernization of national defense and to promote the sustainable development of China electronics industry, DUT signed a strategic cooperative agreement with CETC in Beijing on 5thJune. Wang Hansong, Secretary of DUT Party Committee and Xiong Qunli, President of CETC board on behalf of both sides respectively signed the agreement. Guo Dongming, President of DUT and Liu Liehong, general manager of CETC attended the meeting.
According to the agreement, DUT and CETC will develop strategic cooperation in the following fields that two sides will conduct collaborative research in related fields; joint declare major scientific and technological projects of national and ministries focusing on strengthening the technical cooperation of professional laboratories and CETC depending on DUT related key subjects to cultivate high-level professionals.
During the meeting, Mr. Wang said that CETC Group Cooperation is central large key enterprise
Its studies cover each category of electronics and information technology.It has the capacity of technological innovation from the system engineering, machine to electronic components and strength of product development and system integration As the first new formal university founded by the Communist Party of China, serving for innovation driving the development strategy and domestic economic and social development are mission of DUT.
Mr. Xiong expressed that DUT has cultivated a large number of experts and professionals.
