Guo Dongming, President of DUT and Song Yongchen, vice President of DUT gave a hearty welcome to the visiting group led by Gao Dabin, Director–General of Dalian Science and Technology Bureau and Jin Guowei, Chairman of the Dalian High-tech Zone in Room 312 main building on the morning of 13th December 2017. Both sides communicated on having further cooperation and extending cooperative areas.
Mr. Guo believed that DUT has been always taking serving Chinese construction as its own responsibility, pays much attention to and support the economic and social development of Dalian. He hoped that in the future, to meet the need of Chinese important strategy, combining features of Dalian industry, both sides can have further and extensive cooperation to found Dalian Science and Innovation Base in DUT to make more contributions to the Construction of Dalian Northeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center.
Mr. Gao said that in Dalian Science and Innovation Conference, Dalian Municipal government cleared the development direction of carrying out innovation driving development strategy and strengthening the determination of constructing Northeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center. DUT is the main support power of Dalian innovation driving development.
Mr. Jin expressed that High- Tech Zone would fully support the construction of DUT science and innovation base. And he hoped that DUT and High- Tech Zone worked together to build science and innovation base to promote the construction and development of Dalian independent innovation demonstration area.
