On the morning of March 12th, President Guo Dongming met with Cong Hong, Chairman of Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. and his delegation in Room 312 of the main building. The person in charge of the Academy of Science and Technology and the Institute of Technology Research and Development accompanied the meeting.
Mr. Guo welcomed Chairman Cong Hong and his delegation. He said that Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. had a deep relationship with DUT. He hoped that two sides would further deepen cooperation in the future, focus on the country’s major strategic needs and academic frontiers, and serve national, local innovations and strategies. Both sides were supposed to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry to make more contributions.
Mr. Cong stated that he has enjoyed having great cooperation with DUT over the years and both sides had achieved remarkable results. He was looking forward to deepening and expanding bilateral cooperation in the future between the country’s strategic needs and local economic and social development.
