A set of project signing ceremonies including "the research institute of Chambroad-DUT" and "Fine chemical industry base and engineering center (incubator) of Chambroad-DUT" were held on March 31st. Mr. Luan Bo, the Director and Vise President of Shandong Chambroad Holding Co. Ltd., Mr. Lan Liangsheng, the deputy director of the Management Committee of Changxing Island in Dalian, President Guo Dongming and Vice President Bi Mingshu attended the ceremony. Relevant people from Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology took part in the ceremony. It was hosted by Wang Bo, the Dean of science and technology research institute.
Mr. Guo recalled the memory of cooperation with Chambroad and the economic zone of Changxing Island and expressed the idea that it should be our duty to serve the society and local economy with our advanced technology and human resources. He hoped that Chambroad and the economic zone of Changxing Island could gain more achievement in the new era with the new model of the cooperation among the three sides.
Mr. Luan thanked the support that DUT had provided them and hoped that we can deepen the cooperation to help improve the innovating ability and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading.
Mr. Lan expressed his appreciation on behalf of the management committee to our great help. He showed that the "Fine chemical industry generic technology innovation platform" which was lead by DUT had got a good beginning and satisfying achievements. He believed the cooperation will add fresh blood into the local enterprises.
"The research institute of Chambroad-DUT" is known as a way to lead companies and institutions into the university to cooperate together for stronger ability, competitiveness and support. 20 million RMB were put in to use of the construction of the institution by Chambroad Company. "Fine chemical industry base and engineering center (incubator) of Chambroad-DUT" is a program held by DUT, Shandong Chambroad Holding Co. Ltd. and the Management Committee of Changxing Island in Dalian. And it includes the innovation base for science and technology, standard workshops and so on. The two programs will make up a streamlined system of the incubator for High-tech companies.
Before the ceremony, Mr. Guo met with his guests with Mr. Bi and relevant from science and technology research institute and Faculty of Chemical, Environmental and Biological Science and Technology
