On November 14, DUT signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement with Xinjiang Normal University. Secretary Wang Hansong and President of Xinjiang Normal University Parhat Jarat attended the signing ceremony. Xue Hui, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President, and Gao Ziwei, the Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Normal University and Vice President Gao Ziwei signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Yang Bingjun, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Minister of Organization Department, participated in related activities.
According to the agreement, the two sides fully utilized the advantages of Dalian University of Technology as a key university construction university, and solidly carried out bilateral cooperation focusing on personnel training, focusing on discipline construction, team building and scientific research, and carrying out multi-form and multi-level interaction. The exchange activities promote the coordinated development of the two universities.
Secretary Wang Hansong said that Dalian University of Technology has a distinctive red gene and fulfills the mission of “four services”. It regards the work of aiding Xinjiang as an important mission of the school, continuously deepening all-round cooperation with Xinjiang, and deeply participating in the construction of the “Belt and Road” which is an inescapable political responsibility. The two sides signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement to promote and upgrade cooperation between the two sides. This is not only supporting the construction of Xinjiang Normal University, but also the specific measures for education and aiding Xinjiang. It is hoped that the two sides will effectively implement the various cooperation and make more and greater contributions to the long-term stability and unity and stability of Xinjiang.
