On the afternoon of December 27, 2018, the third meeting of the 11th Degree Evaluation Committee of DUT was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the main building. 31 members of the school's degree assessment committee including the chairman and Principal Guo Dongming attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Vice Principal Jia Zhenyuan.
Prof. Zhang Jili, the Deputy Dean of the Graduate School, introduced the degree of the external examination, defense and recommendation of the master's and doctoral thesis. Then they listened to the faculty (college) degree assessment sub-committee and the bachelor's degree assessment sub-committee to report the discussion. After voting, he was awarded 104 doctoral degree doctors such as Hong Gang, 791 master's degree masters such as Bu Xiaoling, 29 bachelor's degree degrees such as Wang Jiazheng, and 19 master's thesis master's thesis. The meeting reviewed the list of personnel adjustments of the sub-committees of various academic departments (colleges) and the list of the fourth doctoral points, and the Vice Principal Jia Zhenyuan read the resolution.
Principal Guo Dongming pointed out at the meeting that in recent years, there has been no quality problem in the examination of the dissertation of DUT. This was the result of strict examination by the School Degree Evaluation Committee and the Academic Degree (College) Degree Evaluation Subcommittee. It was the schools (colleges), tutors, students who made great efforts to achieve this goal. He would like to thank all the members of the school's degree committee for their hard work. It was hoped that all members would continue to play a monitoring and guiding role in the school (college) and actively contribute to the degree evaluation committee to further improve the quality of postgraduate training.
