Model United Nations general assembly (model United Nations) is an educational conference sponsored by the national collegiate conference association under the guidance of the United Nations department of public information. Since the 1960s, young students from universities and colleges around the world have been organized to attend the conference every year. The members of each delegation simulated the status of diplomats in the meeting and simulated the various links of the United Nations conference through the meeting form of the United Nations general assembly. The participants have exercised their abilities by writing position papers, debating policies, voting and trying to write resolutions. Themed "Building a climate for peace", the conference held a series of discussions on urbanization, climate change, knowledge transfer, application of information and communication technology in industrial development, protection of human rights, sustainable development and other topics. The conference aims to raise young people's awareness of international affairs through consultations on global affairs, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating responsible citizens of the world.
