On May 29th, Hu Zhiping, the deputy head of China's Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) under the Chinese Ministry of Education led a team to visit DUT to conduct research on international Chinese language education. President Jia Zhenyuan held the meeting in the main building to discuss the fruits and the features of the international education, the boost of cooperation in the field of foreign education, and future development of the DUT’s international Chinese education.
Hu Zhiping spoke highly of DUT's achievements in the construction of overseas Chinese teaching institutions and international Chinese education, fully affirmed DUT's contribution in the field of educational cooperation and exchange between China and foreign countries, and said that CLEC is willing to expand and deepen cooperation with DUT, so as to promote the high-quality development of international Chinese education.
