Lingshui Campus has student apartments in Xishan Living Quarter, Beishan Living Quarter, Boliu Living Quarter, Donghui Building, Xihui Building, Zhuanzhao Building, and Dorm 12 of Nanshan Living Quarter. Guided by the principle that attitude and details matter in management and services, the Student Apartment Service Center of DUT Logistics Office is committed to offering people-centered sincere services, improving service quality and enhancing success in student cultivation. In recent years, the Student Apartment Service Center has launched special activities for cultural development of student community such as a 24-hour study lounge, theme hallways, a CPC history-themed puzzle-solving escape room, one-stop life services, and a planting base. By holding these activities, the Student Apartment Service Center strives to build student apartments into the hub of cultural and labor education, to create a comfortable, safe and harmonious community environment for students, and to help speed up DUT's pace in building itself into a first-class university and developing first-class disciplines.
The Xishan Living Quarter has 28 student apartment buildings, covering an area of about 206,000 square meters accommodating about 20,000 students.
The Beishan Living Quarter, covering an area of about 96,400 square meters that can accommodate about 8,000 students, is divided into three zones: Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C. It has 13 student apartment buildings in total, including 5 in Zone A, 4 in Zone B and 4 in Zone C.
The Boliu Living Quarter has 7 student apartment buildings, including 3 for international students and 4 for Ph.D students. It covers an area of 65,500 square meters that can accommodate about 3,000 students.
The Donghui Building covers an area of 3195.4 square meters and provides 284 beds for students, and the Xihui Building covers an area of 3278.46 square meters and accommodates 285 beds for students.
The Zhuanzhao Building covers an area of 4596.67 square meters with 275 beds for students.
